The Evil Flu

My husband and kids all were sick with the flu all day Thursday. Not more than one of us has been sick with the flu on the same day ever. So that was strange.

Then yesterday I came down with it and am still sick. I can't read or eat or sleep. I've been playing Candy Crush and watching episodes of Star Trek: TNG. They're all I can concentrate on right now. You know it's serious when I don't feel up to reading! None of the words are making sense, and I just feeling so ugh. :/

So I'm writing this from my phone to let you guys know I haven't fallen off the face of the Earth, although I'm almost wishing I would! I'm going to hopefully catch up with everyone's comments and emails tomorrow. And feel up to reading again!

Talk to you guys soon!

  1. Oh no! I hope you feel better soon. That is terrible that you are all down and at the same time. {{{{}}}} Big cyber hugs! And to be sick on The Walking Dead TV night, that's just not right.

    1. Thanks, Robyn! I'm on the mend. I was pretty weak and out of it today but am getting better. Nothing sounds good to eat, which is what I need to do to get better. Thank you for the hugs! :D Ah, I know, it's not right.

  2. Hope you are feeling better. I have also been sick and am on the mend. Concentrating through a headache just doesn't work. Coffee and series to the rescue!!
    Get better soon :)

    1. Thank you, Brandee! We're doing a lot better. It always takes me forever to get over the flu and feel like eating again. Then I feel sick because I haven't eaten and have no energy. Ugh!
