Friday night I got a hair cut. I get easily bored with my hair and it was getting really heavy. Plus it annoyed me at night when I was trying to sleep. There was just so much of it!

I've also dyed it a new color!! Can you guess what? It isn't pink anymore for the time being. I love the pink so much that I'll go back to it sometime, but for now...

  1. Did you dye it purple? Maybe green? A friend of mine done hers green recently, and it looks amazing. I once wanted lavender, and it went so wrong. Mainly, because the hairdresser who done it was obviously way under qualified than she said she was. She burnt my scalp so bad. Totally a disaster. I had it pink for about a month before dying it red, I just really didn't have the patience of keeping it up, haha. So, what colour was it? :)

    1. Close with green! My hair was dark purple last May - that was the first time I dyed it a "wild" color. Then I went with pink and loved it so much I kept dyeing it that color. I decided I need to change it up now. :)

Ouch, that sounds like it hurt! Sorry you went through that - she definitely sounds like she was super unqualified. It is a lot of work keeping up with it. I leave the color much longer than it says to which helps the color last a bit longer. But since they're all semi-permanent, the color fades so fast. :/

It's turquoise!! I love it! I need to touch it up before I post a pic! :)

  2. Pretty!! I love the new cut!! I wish I could pull off bangs, but my hair curls and I look ridiculous. I just saw you comment that it's turquoise! That is so awesome! Maybe for my big ucky birthday this year, I'll add dying my hair to the list.

    1. Thanks, Robyn! <3 My sister has curly hair, and she doesn't like bangs for herself, either. My forehead is so high I need them. But I rarely maintain them once they start growing out. >.< Yep, it's turquoise. What do you think?? I'm no longer your pink haired friend! :0 LOL I'm definitely going back to that pink at some point 'cause I love it so much. But for now, turquoise!

Dye your hair! Dye your hair! *shakes pompoms* I'll be your personal cheerleader to dye your hair, LOL.

    1. I got a ton of hair chopped off but still have a ton of hair, lol. We used two bottles to dye it, but there are still spots that need more. So last night we bought a THIRD bottle and will finish it up tonight. I really thought two bottles would do it since I got it cut. Crazy thick hair, lol. So hopefully I'll have a pic soon! :)

Omigod, green hair would be so rad! Dye your hair! Dye your hair! LOL I'll be your personal cheerleader, too. Or a bad influence. ;D

  5. Oooooh I loved the pink too! But turquoise sounds beautiful!! I totally am dying to see a pic now. I am with Robyn and your sister with the curly hair. I can't get a cute cut like ever. Just have to trim and layer a little, but I have thin hair. lol Great TOL!

    1. Thanks! Turquoise has turned out so awesome! I love it! I'll try to post a pic today or tomorrow. Hopefully today if I feel like I look halfway decent, lol. My sister has to use a straightener if she wants to tame her hair. When we were kids, there was no such thing, and she really struggled. She had to get it thinned out all the time. At least every 6 weeks. She has so much hair - probably enough for three or four people, lol. But it's SO pretty! I've always loved curly hair, but maybe I wouldn't if I had to deal with it myself. Layers are wonderful! :)

  6. Oh gosh I so want to cut my hair but my mother will die if I do! Plus I might end up looking like a boy..... Not sure how that makes me feel but I guess I'll keep it the way it is, for now again.
The new color is Lavender right, Lilac?

    1. How long is your hair? I don't think you'd look like a boy - look at how short Jennifer Lawrence's hair is. She looks very much feminine. :) It's funny because I love my daughter's hair long and wouldn't want her to cut it off either, but my husband wants her to get it cut short. She's like, "No way!" LOL It's turquoise! :D
