Q: Late April Fools. What was the best prank you've played or had played on you? Share!
A: This is so terrible, but every summer my grandma took care of me and my sister while our parents worked. I took a giant gulp of blue juice, and we pretended I was sick. Poor Grandma! We were always playing jokes on her, but she was a super great sport which is why it was so fun to play pranks on her. :D
One year I posted on Facebook we adopted a puppy (before we adopted Beau, lol), and my dad was so excited. He wanted to come over immediately. I felt so bad when I had to tell him it was an April Fool's Day joke! >.<
Nice! I guess I'm not a prankster. I couldn't think of anything from my childhood that would be considered a prank either!

Not too many of us are pranksters I'm seeing this week. Good to know, lol. ;) Thanks for stopping by! :)
DeleteAwe so sweet that your family are good sports like that!
ReplyDeleteIt is, lol. I think we're in the minority this week loving-pranks-wise. ;) Thanks for stopping by, Megan! :)

ReplyDeleteHaha, thanks. ;) Thanks for stopping by and following, Arrianna! :)
DeleteThe puppy prank is a cute one. I sometimes volunteer for an animal rescue, though, so I couldn't do that to them.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit and follow! I'm a new follower via GFC and Bloglovin'.
It was so great when we adopted our dog, Beau, for real. My dad came over to visit and saw him, and we told him we had adopted him. He just couldn't get over it because he thought we were never going to get one. He was ecstatic! That was a wonderful memory, and he brought up the April Fool's Day prank of course, lol. Thank you for stopping by and following, Maria! :)
DeleteI bet your grandma was worried, heck, I know I would be! Sounds like you and your sister had some fun pranking people.
ReplyDeleteNew follower via GFC, thanks for stopping by my blog :)
I should mention I was only eight when I played that one with my sister and grandma. I knew she wouldn't be upset. It lasted for a minute. She was worried but then she laughed when she knew I was alright. My kids are always trying to get me whether it's April Fool's or not, lol. So I get back what I dish out. ;) Thanks for stopping by and following, Annoushka! :)
DeletePoor grandma! :-)
ReplyDeleteYou can find my FF HERE!
I know! I was only eight - that's my defense. My kids are always trying to get me even when it isn't April Fool's, so I definitely get back what I dish out. I miss my grandma so much! She passed away several years ago, and I think of her everyday. :) Hopping over to visit your FF! Thanks for visiting, Nicole! :)
DeleteIt sounds like you have a great sense of humor! :)

DeleteYour pranks on your grandma seem harmless (unless you pull a prank of drowning in the sea).
